Using our services means you agree to follow and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our application or engaging with any of the services offered.

1.     Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and responsibilities governing your use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning, (“Save Air Duct Cleaning”). These Services are accessible through the official website, as well as through the company’s mobile and web-based applications (the “Application”). These Terms also govern interactions and transactions carried out on the Application between service providers (“Advertisers”) and individuals seeking those services (“Service Users”).

The following Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, govern the use of the Application provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning. These terms apply to all individuals accessing the platform, including users who upload videos, share information, send private or public messages, post advertisements, or contribute any other content or services through the Application.

By using the Services, the user agrees and acknowledges that the Application functions as a digital platform facilitating the exchange and display of information submitted by both Advertisers and Service Users. Accessing or utilizing the Services indicates the user’s acceptance of these Terms, thereby forming a binding agreement between the user and Save Air Duct Cleaning.

Additional terms may be relevant to specific Services, including those related to certain events, offers, or promotions. These extra provisions will be presented to the user alongside the relevant Services. Such supplemental terms are considered part of these Terms in relation to those specific Services. In the event of any inconsistency, the supplemental terms will take precedence over the general Terms for the applicable Services offered by Save Air Duct Cleaning.

The term “User” refers to any individual who accesses, engages with, or utilizes the Application in any capacity. If an individual creates an account or uses the Application on behalf of a company or organization, they confirm that they have the authority to act on its behalf and agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity. This agreement is between the User and Save Air Duct Cleaning.

2.     Eligibility
3.     A User is considered “Eligible” to access and use the Services only if all of the following criteria are met:

5.         The User possesses the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Applicable Laws.

b.By using the Application, the user acknowledges, accepts, and agrees that:

(i) all details provided during registration are truthful and current;

(ii) the user will ensure this information remains up to date; and

(iii) their access to and use of the Application and the Services offered by Save Air Duct Cleaning comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Not meeting these eligibility criteria may lead to suspension or cancellation of the user’s account.

1.     If a user lives in a region where access to the Services is limited by age or where legal capacity to enter into agreements like these Terms is restricted due to age, the user must comply with those local age-related laws. Save Air Duct Cleaning expects all users to adhere to the applicable age requirements in their jurisdiction.

3.     Registration
4.     Users can engage with the Services in one of the following ways: (a) by accessing as a guest; (b) by registering and creating an account (“Save Air Duct Cleaning Account”) to become a member (“Member”); or (c) by signing in through an existing third-party social networking account (“Third Party Account”) such as Facebook, among others. The Services also allow users to connect their Save Air Duct Cleaning Account with a Third-Party Account, using the options detailed below.

•       entering login credentials for a Third-Party Account into the Services, or
•   granting Save Air Duct Cleaning permission to access user’s Third-Party Account in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of that platform, users authorize such integration.

1.     To register a Save Air Duct Cleaning Account, the user must provide their name, email address, and create a secure password via the registration page on the platform. While additional details may be submitted voluntarily, they are not mandatory for account setup but can assist Save Air Duct Cleaning in offering more personalized service experiences.
2.     The user affirms that they have the right to share their Third Party Account credentials with Save Air Duct Cleaning and/or authorize access to such accounts (including for the purposes outlined in these Terms), without violating any terms or conditions set by the third-party provider. Furthermore, the user confirms that granting this access does not require payment of any fees or impose restrictions on Save Air Duct Cleaning by those third-party platforms.
3.     By allowing Save Air Duct Cleaning to access any of the user’s Third Party Accounts, the user agrees that Save Air Duct Cleaning may retrieve, display, and store (if necessary) any data or materials the user has shared or saved within those accounts (“SNS Content”), making such content accessible through the Save Air Duct Cleaning Account of the user as part of the Services.
4.     Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions, any SNS content accessed through the Services will be treated as the user’s own content for all intents and purposes outlined in this agreement with Save Air Duct Cleaning.
5.       Based on the Third-Party Accounts selected by the user and the associated privacy settings, any personally identifiable information shared on those platforms may become accessible via the user’s Save Air Duct Cleaning Account while using the Services.
6.     Kindly be aware that if a Third-Party Account or its corresponding service is discontinued, or if access is revoked by the third-party provider, the SNS Content linked to that account will no longer be accessible through the Services offered by Save Air Duct Cleaning.
7.     Save Air Duct Cleaning will establish a user account for access to the Services based on the personal details provided directly by the user or retrieved through a linked Social Networking Service (SNS), as outlined above.
8.       Users agree to submit truthful, up-to-date, and complete details during the registration process and to promptly update any changes to ensure continued accuracy. Save Air Duct Cleaning will not be held responsible for any outdated, false, incomplete, or incorrect registration information supplied by the user.
9.       Except for Registration Data or any other information submitted by the user while using services provided through the Application (“Permitted Information”), Save Air Duct Cleaning does not request, and users should not send, any confidential or proprietary information to Save Air Duct Cleaning via the Application or by other means, unless required by applicable law. By agreeing to these User Terms, the user acknowledges that any information or materials provided to Save Air Duct Cleaning, other than the Permitted Information, will not be treated as proprietary or confidential.
10.     Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Save Air Duct Cleaning Account of the user and access to the Services immediately and for an indefinite duration if any information provided during registration or afterward is found to be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, if the security of the user’s Account is compromised in any manner, or for any other reason deemed fair and appropriate.
11.       User is responsible for protecting their password and agrees not to share it with any third party. Users accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under their Save Air Duct Cleaning Account, whether authorized or not. Users must promptly inform us of any unauthorized use of their Account. Accounts cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold. Save Air Duct Cleaning is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of the user’s password or Account, regardless of whether the user was aware of such use.
12.   It is the user’s responsibility to ensure they download the correct version of the application compatible with their device. Save Air Duct Cleaning shall not be held liable if the user installs an incorrect version or if their mobile device is not compatible with the Application. Additionally, Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to terminate access to the Services or the use of the Application if it is found that the user is operating it on an unsupported or unauthorized device.
13.     Products and services obtained through the Services are meant solely for the personal use of the user. By making a purchase, the user confirms that these goods or services are not being acquired for resale, nor is the user acting on behalf of any third party. This applies to all transactions conducted via the platform of Save Air Duct Cleaning.

4.     Services Offered
5.     The Services provide a technology platform that allows users of Save Air Duct Cleaning’s Application to connect with Advertisers to arrange and schedule services under an agreement with Save Air Duct Cleaning. Unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with the user, these Services are offered solely for the personal and non-commercial use of the user.
6.     When a User submits a query, service request, or quote request to selected Advertisers from the search results, Save Air Duct Cleaning will share the details of the User with those selected Advertisers. Users may also initiate conversations with these Advertisers using Save Air Duct Cleaning’s in-app messaging tool. The User and Advertiser can then discuss service specifics, agree on a price, and confirm the agreement through digital acceptance on the chat tool of Save Air Duct Cleaning. In case of a dispute or breach of agreement between the User and the Advertiser, Save Air Duct Cleaning will provide assistance to the affected party based on the communication records available through its chat tool. Please note, this support is limited to interactions made within the communication platform of Save Air Duct Cleaning.
7.     Save Air Duct Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to connect the User with an Advertiser, depending on the availability of Advertisers in or near the location of the User at the time of the service request. However, Save Air Duct Cleaning does not guarantee that access to its Services will be continuous, prompt, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful elements, nor does it ensure that all issues or defects will be addressed and resolved.
8.     By accessing or using the Application or Services provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning, the user additionally agrees that:
9.                 The Service and Application will be used solely for personal use and will not be resold, transferred, or assigned to any third party;
   ii. The user will not access or use any account that belongs to someone else without proper authorization;
   iii. The Service and Application will not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes;
   iv. The user will not attempt to damage, disrupt, or interfere with the Service, Application, or Save Air Duct Cleaning’s network in any way;
   v. The user will promptly provide any information or documentation reasonably requested by Save Air Duct Cleaning;
   vi. Only authorized and legal networks will be used to access the Services;
   vii. The user acknowledges that when requesting Services—whether through messages, the Application, or by contacting Save Air Duct Cleaning’s support center—standard charges for messaging, data, or voice calls, as applicable, may apply based on the user’s and Save Air Duct Cleaning’s respective network providers; and
   viii. The user will fully comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
10.     Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Services and user access to the Application if any of the above conditions are violated. Additionally, Save Air Duct Cleaning will retain the information provided by the user for all matters related to the Service, including but not limited to communication initiated or conducted through the internal chat or messaging tool of Save Air Duct Cleaning. The user is responsible for promptly notifying Save Air Duct Cleaning of any changes or updates to the information they have submitted.
11.       Save Air Duct Cleaning, or an authorized representative, may send users information about services, offers, and promotions via SMS, email to the registered mobile number or email ID, or through push notifications. Users can choose to unsubscribe from these communications at any time. To stop receiving such updates, users can follow the specific opt-out link provided within the Application.
12.     Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to process and transfer user information as necessary and may store or move such data to a server in order to fulfill its responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions.
13.     Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to form partnerships, including joint ventures or other collaborations, with organizations offering services similar to those outlined herein. In such cases, depending on the structure and arrangement developed, the services may be provided to the user either jointly or independently by Save Air Duct Cleaning and its partner(s). By agreeing to these Terms, the user grants their irrevocable consent to such partnerships. In the event of any such collaboration, these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the new arrangement as well, with necessary adjustments.
14.       Save Air Duct Cleaning does not own, sell, resell, supply, provide, manage, or control the Advertisers or the services they offer. As a result, we do not guarantee that the information available through our Services will be accurate, complete, or reliable in any way.
15.       Save Air Duct Cleaning’s responsibilities are limited to: (i) facilitating access to and availability of the Services; and (ii) acting as a limited agent on behalf of each Advertiser solely for the purpose of receiving payments from the user for online orders and the delivery of related services.

5.     Services and Terms Upgrade
6.     Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or update these User Terms, in whole or in part, along with any related documents referenced herein, to comply with legal requirements or for valid business reasons, at any time. Additionally, Save Air Duct Cleaning may modify, suspend, limit, discontinue, or restrict user access to any part of the Service or Application at any time without prior notice.
7.     Save Air Duct Cleaning is under no obligation to individually inform the User of any updates or modifications made to these User Terms. The latest version of the User Terms will be accessible on the Application, and it is the User’s responsibility to review them periodically. Users are encouraged to regularly check the Application for the most up-to-date version. In some cases, Save Air Duct Cleaning may ask the User to explicitly agree to the revised terms before continuing to use the Application and Services. If no such agreement is requested, the User’s continued use of the Application after the updates will be considered as acceptance of the revised User Terms. All use of the Application and Services will be governed by the most recent version of the User Terms available at the time.
8.     User agrees not to remove, alter, or modify any part of the content available through the Services, including but not limited to legal disclaimers, copyright or trademark symbols, logos, or any proprietary notices, unless the content is owned by the user or the user has been granted explicit permission to make such modifications by Save Air Duct Cleaning.
9.     Content Posted or User Information
10.     Save Air Duct Cleaning may allow users to post notes, messages, emails, photos, drawings, profiles, opinions, ideas, images, videos, audio files, or other materials and information on the Site (“User Content”). By doing so, the user confirms that they have obtained all necessary permissions and consents to share such User Content and that it complies with all applicable guidelines. Save Air Duct Cleaning does not endorse any User Content and shall not be held responsible for it in any way.

12.     Do not upload, share, post, or distribute any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, inappropriate, or violates any rights. This includes content that is blasphemous, pornographic, libelous, invasive of the privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, disparaging, promotes or relates another person to money laundering or gambling, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
13.       Do not upload files that contain software or any other material protected by intellectual property laws, or by privacy or publicity rights, unless you own or control the rights to such material or have obtained all necessary permissions. This policy is strictly enforced by Save Air Duct Cleaning to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

iii.      Do not upload files containing viruses, corrupted data, or any other harmful software or programs that could disrupt or damage the functioning of another person’s computer. Save Air Duct Cleaning strictly prohibits such actions to protect users and their devices.

1.     Promote or attempt to sell or purchase any goods or services for commercial purposes, except where the Site explicitly permits such activities or it is authorized under an agreement with Save Air Duct Cleaning.
2.       Carry out or distribute surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
3.     Download any file posted by another user that the user knows, or reasonably should know, is not legally authorized for distribution, in connection with Save Air Duct Cleaning.

vii.     Falsify or remove any author credits, legal notices, or proprietary marks that indicate the origin or source of software or other materials contained in an uploaded file related to Save Air Duct Cleaning.

viii.   Do not mislead or deceive the recipient about where a message comes from, nor send any information that is highly offensive or threatening in nature.

1.     Do not prevent or interfere with other users’ ability to access and enjoy the Site provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning.
2.       Breach any code of conduct or guidelines that apply to specific User Content on the platform of Save Air Duct Cleaning.
3.     Collect, harvest, scrape, index, cache, store, or otherwise gather information from Save Air Duct Cleaning without prior written permission from Save Air Duct Cleaning.

xii.     Gather or collect personal information about other individuals, including their email addresses, without obtaining their explicit consent, while using the services or platform provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning.

xiii.   Engage in any activity through Save Air Duct Cleaning’s platform that may endanger the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of the United States, disrupt friendly relations with other countries, disturb public order, incite the commission of a recognizable offense, obstruct investigations, or insult any foreign nation.

1.     Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, or remove any User Content at its sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, without prior notice to the user.

7.     No Expectation of Confidentiality and License Granted to Save Air Duct Cleaning
8.     Any User Content submitted by the user remains the property of the user. However, the user acknowledges that any such content made searchable or publicly available is provided on a non-confidential, non-proprietary basis. By submitting User Content to Save Air Duct Cleaning, the user grants Save Air Duct Cleaning a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free license, including the right to sublicense, to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise utilize the content in any format or media now known or developed in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial and promotional use in connection with Save Air Duct Cleaning’s services, business operations, and on third-party platforms, without requiring further notice, permission, or payment to the user or any third party. This license will remain in effect until the user deletes or removes the User Content from the application.
9.     The user affirms and guarantees that: (i) they are either the sole and rightful owner of all submitted User Content, or they possess the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to grant Save Air Duct Cleaning the license outlined above; and (ii) neither the User Content nor the act of submitting, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making such content available, nor Save Air Duct Cleaning’s use of that content as allowed under these terms, will infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any third party’s intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, privacy or publicity rights, or breach any applicable laws or regulations.
10.     User acknowledges and agrees that the technical processing and transmission of the Application, including any User Content submitted by the user, may involve (a) transmission across multiple networks, and (b) modifications to meet the technical standards and requirements of connected networks or devices. This applies to the services and systems operated by Save Air Duct Cleaning.
11.     Users understand that any information shared by them through User Content, which may typically be subject to confidentiality between a professional and their client, does not carry the same confidentiality obligations when provided to Save Air Duct Cleaning.
12.     Save Air Duct Cleaning may also disclose user information, including personal details, if it reasonably determines that such disclosure is: (i) required to comply with legal obligations such as a court order, subpoena, or other lawful request from a government authority; (ii) necessary to limit Save Air Duct Cleaning’s liability in the event of an actual or potential legal dispute; (iii) essential to protect the rights, property, or safety of Save Air Duct Cleaning or any third party; (iv) needed to enforce these Terms and Conditions, including the collection of any applicable fees from users; or (v) required to prevent or address illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud.
13.       The user may delete their User Content from the application at any time, upon which the license previously granted to Save Air Duct Cleaning will automatically be terminated.

8.     License

Provided the user complies with these Terms and Conditions, Save Air Duct Cleaning grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to: (i) access and use the application on their personal device solely for the purpose of utilizing the Services; and (ii) view and use any content, information, or materials made available through the Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any rights not explicitly granted remain reserved by Save Air Duct Cleaning and its licensors.

9.     Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
10.     Save Air Duct Cleaning (along with its licensors, where applicable) retains full ownership of all rights, titles, and interests, including all associated intellectual property rights, in and to (i) the website, mobile application, and services, including any submitted ideas, suggestions, improvements, or feedback; (ii) all visual and textual content such as graphics, interfaces, photographs, logos, trademarks, music, sounds, artwork, and source code; and (iii) any other data or material shared by the user or third parties in relation to the website, application, or services. Any third-party trademarks featured on the site or application remain the property of their respective owners. If a user wishes to use any third-party intellectual property, it is their responsibility to obtain prior authorization directly from the rights holder.
11.     These User Terms do not represent a transfer of ownership and do not grant the user any proprietary interest in the Site, Application, Services, or any intellectual property held by Save Air Duct Cleaning. All rights remain with Save Air Duct Cleaning. The user is fully responsible for ensuring their use of the Site, Application, or Services does not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights.
12.     Users are permitted to use information provided on the Site by Save Air Duct Cleaning, as long as the following conditions are met: (i) all proprietary notices remain intact and the content is not altered in any way; (ii) the information is used solely for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes, and is not copied, shared on a networked system, or distributed through any media channels; and (iii) no additional representations or warranties are made regarding the information provided.

10. Third Party Content

1.     The Services may be provided or accessed in conjunction with third-party content and services (including advertisements) that are not controlled by Save Air Duct Cleaning. Save Air Duct Cleaning makes no guarantees regarding the conduct or compliance of other users with these Terms or any related conditions. Accordingly, the user acknowledges and accepts all responsibility and risk for any harm or loss that may arise due to such non-compliance by others.
2.     When users click on links that lead away from the Services, they acknowledge that the destination websites are beyond the control of Save Air Duct Cleaning. These external websites may have separate terms of use and privacy policies that are different from ours. Save Air Duct Cleaning does not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services accessed through such links. By visiting these external sites, users agree that Save Air Duct Cleaning is not liable for any issues that may arise. Additionally, Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right, though not the obligation, to disable links to or from third-party websites associated with the Services.

11. Third-Party Relationships When Accessing Services via Mobile Devices
12.     The user acknowledges that any Third Party Provider including, but not limited to, operating systems, internet service providers (ISPs), network carriers, and device manufacturers (collectively referred to as “Third Party Providers”) is not affiliated with, associated with, sponsoring, endorsing, or in any way connected to the Services offered by Save Air Duct Cleaning when accessed through a mobile device.
13.     The user and Save Air Duct Cleaning acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions are entered into solely between the user and Save Air Duct Cleaning, and not with any Third-Party Provider. Save Air Duct Cleaning, not the Third-Party Providers, is solely responsible for the Services and their content, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
14.     The user is granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Services on a mobile device that they own or control, in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
15.     The user and Save Air Duct Cleaning acknowledge that it is their responsibility—not that of any relevant Third Party Provider to address any claims made by the user relating to the Services or the user’s possession and/or use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) claims that the Services do not comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements; and (ii) claims arising under consumer protection laws or similar regulations.
16.     When using the Services provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning, the user must comply with all applicable terms and conditions set by any relevant Third-Party Provider. For example, the user must ensure that their use of the Services does not violate the terms of their mobile device agreement or any wireless data service agreement.
17.       By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning on a platform operated by a Third Party Provider, the user also agrees to be bound by that Third Party Provider’s applicable terms and conditions.

12. Payments and Fees
13.     Joining Save Air Duct Cleaning, creating an account, and browsing available Services is free of charge. However, the user understands that utilizing the Services may result in charges for products or services received from an Advertiser (“Charges”). Once the user has received goods or services through the use of the platform, the user is responsible for paying the Advertiser in accordance with the terms agreed upon between the user and the Advertiser.
14.     Save Air Duct Cleaning currently does not charge users for transactions completed through the Application between service users and advertisers. However, Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to introduce fees for users in the future, whether on a per-transaction basis or by any other method, at its sole discretion. Any changes to this fee policy will take effect 30 days after Save Air Duct Cleaning posts a notice of the changes on the Application.
15.     Any fee and payment arrangements between Save Air Duct Cleaning and Advertisers shall be governed by the terms outlined in a separate agreement mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties.
16.     The user acknowledges and agrees that Save Air Duct Cleaning serves solely as a platform connecting the user and the advertiser. All payments for services or goods must be made directly by the user to the advertiser. Save Air Duct Cleaning is not responsible or liable to the user for any services or goods purchased, nor to the advertiser for any payments made by the user. Under no circumstances should the user make any payments directly to Save Air Duct Cleaning.

13. Taxes

The user understands that Save Air Duct Cleaning acts solely as an intermediary, providing a platform for the user and service advertisers who choose to enter into service agreements. The user acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for determining their own tax obligations, ideally in consultation with a qualified tax advisor. Save Air Duct Cleaning does not provide tax advice to users, advertisers, or any other parties. Furthermore, Save Air Duct Cleaning shall not be held responsible or liable for any tax liabilities incurred by either the user or the advertiser.

14. No Endorsement
15.     Save Air Duct Cleaning does not endorse any Advertiser. While these Terms require users to provide accurate information, Save Air Duct Cleaning does not verify or confirm the identity of any user. Save Air Duct Cleaning is not responsible for any damages or harm that may result from interactions between users. However, Save Air Duct Cleaning may, at its sole discretion, perform basic verification checks on Advertisers listed on the Application to confirm their existence.
16.     By using the Services, the user agrees that any legal claims or liabilities related to the actions or omissions of other members or third parties will be directed solely at the specific individuals responsible. The user agrees not to hold Save Air Duct Cleaning liable or seek any legal remedy from Save Air Duct Cleaning regarding such actions or omissions.

15. Violation

If a Service User breaches any of these Terms and Conditions, Save Air Duct Cleaning may, at its sole discretion: (i) restrict the Service User’s account privileges; (ii) suspend the Service User’s account; and/or (iii) reduce the Service User’s earned status.

16. Force Majeure

Save Air Duct Cleaning shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused, delayed, or prevented by a Force Majeure Event. In such cases, Save Air Duct Cleaning’s obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event.

17. Indemnification and Release
18.     The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Save Air Duct Cleaning, along with its officers, shareholders, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to: (i) the user’s use of the Services or any goods or services obtained through the Services; (ii) the user’s violation or breach of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) Save Air Duct Cleaning’s use of the user’s submitted content; or (iv) the user’s infringement of the rights of any third party or Advertiser, including but not limited to rights related to copyright, property, intellectual property, or privacy. This indemnification obligation will survive both the termination of these Terms and Conditions and the user’s use of the Application.
19.     In the event of a dispute between the user and one or more other users, the user hereby releases Save Air Duct Cleaning, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, and damages, whether actual or consequential, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way related to the user’s use of the Application and/or any user-generated content.

18. Liability
19.     Save Air Duct Cleaning shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application or services provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by improper use of the Application, network disruptions, malware or viruses, or any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided through the Application.
20.     Under No Circumstances Shall Save Air Duct Cleaning Be Liable For Any Direct, Indirect, Punitive, Incidental, Special, Or Consequential Damages, Or For Any Other Damages Of Any Kind, Whether Based In Contract, Tort, Negligence, Strict Liability, Or Otherwise, Even If Save Air Duct Cleaning Has Been Advised Of The Possibility Of Such Damages.

1.     Moreover, And Without Limiting The Above, To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, In No Event Shall Save Air Duct Cleaning’s Total Aggregate Liability Arising Out Of Or In Connection With These User Terms Or The Services Provided Hereunder—Whether Based In Contract, Tort (Including Negligence, Product Liability, Or Any Other Legal Theory), Warranty, Or Otherwise—Exceed The Total Amount Paid By The User To Save Air Duct Cleaning Under These Terms.

1.     If Applicable Law does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability, then the scope and duration of such exclusions, as well as the extent of Save Air Duct Cleaning’s liability, shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

19. Termination
20.     User hereby acknowledges and agrees that Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the sole and absolute right, at its discretion, to delete, suspend, or deactivate the user’s account; block the user’s email or IP address; disable access to the application; or remove and discard any user content from the platform, at any time and without prior notice. This action may be taken for any reason, including but not limited to account inactivity or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
21.     The user may discontinue use of the Application and/or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without cause, by deactivating their account.
22.     Upon termination of the user’s account, all rights granted to the user to access or participate in the services provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning including the ability to offer or request services and the right to receive any associated payments or compensation, will immediately cease. The account will be deactivated, and the user may lose access to their account, including any associated files or data, without further notice.
23.     Unless the user has already canceled or terminated their use of the Services, Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to notify the user of such termination via email. This termination will take effect immediately upon delivery of the notice.
24.     Upon termination, all licenses granted to the user under these terms will immediately end, requiring the user to promptly delete or destroy all copies of Save Air Duct Cleaning’s data or content in their possession or control. However, Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to retain and use any data collected from the user’s use of the Application for internal analysis and archival purposes. All related licenses granted by the user to Save Air Duct Cleaning shall continue to apply solely for these purposes.

20. Notices
21.     Save Air Duct Cleaning may provide notice through a general announcement on the Service or Application, via email sent to the registered email address of the user, by a message to the registered mobile number of the user, or through written correspondence mailed to the user’s address on file in the account records of Save Air Duct Cleaning.

21. Validity of Other Provisions
22.     If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any applicable law, that specific provision or portion shall be considered removed from these Terms and Conditions to the extent required. However, this shall not impact the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. This clause applies regardless of the removal, and the rest of the Terms and Conditions between the user and Save Air Duct Cleaning shall remain fully binding.
23.     In such a case, the parties agree to substitute the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or portion with one that is lawful, valid, and enforceable, and that most closely reflects the original intent and purpose of the removed clause. This replacement shall aim to preserve, as much as possible, the original effect and meaning of the invalidated provision, in alignment with the overall spirit and objectives of these Terms and Conditions between the user and Save Air Duct Cleaning.

22. Right to Remove and Disclaimer
23.     The Services Are Provided On An “As Is” And “As Available” Basis. Save Air Duct Cleaning Makes No Representations Or Warranties Of Any Kind, Express, Implied, Or Statutory, That Are Not Expressly Set Forth In These Terms. This Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Implied Warranties Of Merchantability, Fitness For A Particular Purpose, And Non-Infringement. Furthermore, Save Air Duct Cleaning Does Not Warrant Or Guarantee The Reliability, Timeliness, Quality, Suitability, Or Availability Of The Services Or Any Services Or Products Requested Through The Platform. Save Air Duct Cleaning Does Not Warrant That The Services Will Be Uninterrupted Or Error-Free. Save Air Duct Cleaning Also Makes No Guarantees Regarding The Quality, Suitability, Safety, Or Ability Of Any Third-Party Providers. User Understands And Agrees That All Risks Arising From The Use Of The Services, Including Any Services Or Products Requested In Connection With Such Use, Remain Entirely With The User To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Applicable Law.

1.     User acknowledges and agrees that Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without incurring any liability, to review, remove, or delete any User Content that it determines to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or that may be deemed offensive, unlawful, or potentially infringing upon the rights, safety, or well-being of other users or third parties.

23. Assignment

Users are not permitted to assign or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Any such attempted assignment or delegation shall be deemed invalid and unenforceable. However, Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to freely assign or delegate all of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions without restriction. Save Air Duct Cleaning is not required to provide prior notice to the User in the event of such assignment or delegation.

24. Relationship

These Terms govern the relationship between Save Air Duct Cleaning and the User. They do not create or confer any rights or benefits to any third party.

25. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to the use of this Application shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of our local court of law.

26. About The Terms and Conditions
27.     User agrees that these Terms and Conditions represent the full, complete, and exclusive agreement between User and Save Air Duct Cleaning concerning the Services, replacing all previous agreements or understandings, whether written, oral, or based on custom, practice, policy, or precedent, related to this subject. Moreover, users may be bound by extra terms and conditions when using or purchasing specific Services provided by Save Air Duct Cleaning.
28.     Save Air Duct Cleaning reserves the right to change, update, modify, or discontinue these Terms or any additional terms related to a Service at any time, with or without reason, including to comply with legal requirements or to reflect changes in its Services. Save Air Duct Cleaning may also, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the access of the User to its Services or any part thereof without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly. Notices of any updates to these Terms will be posted on this page, and updates to additional terms will be posted within the relevant Service. Such changes will not apply retroactively and will take effect no sooner than fourteen days after posting, except for updates introducing new features or those required by law, which will take effect immediately. If User does not accept the updated terms for a Service, User should stop using that Service.
29.     Under no circumstances shall the User pursue or be granted rescission, injunctive, or any other equitable relief to prevent or restrict the operation of the Services, the use of any advertising or materials related to the Services, or the use and display of any content or materials provided through the Services of Save Air Duct Cleaning.
